1. Using the tools
PixelArtFromPhoto provides online tools to convert photos to pixel art, pixelate or blur images, and make bead, cross stitch and block patterns. The tools run in your browser. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Your content and commercial use
- You keep all rights to the images you process. We claim no ownership of your input or output.
- Commercial use is allowed on the free and Pro plans: you may sell prints, patterns, sprites, bead art and stitched pieces made from images you have the rights to.
- You must have the rights to the photos you process. Converting someone else's photo, artwork, character or logo to pixel art does not give you rights to it. You are responsible for how you use the output.
- Don't use the tools to create content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, sexually exploitative of minors, or that impersonates real people in a deceptive way.
3. Pixelating and blurring for privacy
Pixelation and blur make faces, plates and text harder to read but are not guaranteed to be irreversible, especially with small blocks or light blur. For sensitive information use the Solid bar effect, check the result before sharing, and keep the original private. The tools are provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
4. Colours and patterns
Bead, thread and block colours on screen are approximations of physical products. Counts are calculated from your pattern; buy by the product code and allow spares. Perler, Hama, Artkal, DMC and Minecraft are trademarks of their owners, who are not affiliated with us.
5. AI output
The optional AI pixel style redraws images automatically and may change details. Check results before use.
6. Pro plans
- Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- The Pattern Pass is a one-time purchase that gives 24 hours of Pro access and does not renew.
- AI edits are limited per month (fair use), as shown on the pricing page.
- Refunds: contact us within 14 days of your first payment. See Pricing.
7. Limits and abuse
We may rate-limit or block automated or abusive use, including scraping or reselling the service.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
